Mr. Mibelli is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill's top ranked Gillings School of Global Public Health. In addition to his duties at TSI, he has actively served on various advisory groups for academic, non-profit, and corporate organizations focusing on further improving policy, both healthcare and otherwise, on a local and national level.
Mibelli is a regularly featured speaker throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the country. Since working at TSI, he has addressed local and regional MGMA associations, medical specialty societies, and other physician groups seeking more information regarding government funding for EHR technology.
Two of TSI's most significant and acclaimed programs will be under the direction of Mibelli including the TSI Circle of Excellence™ (COE) program and TSI's Meaningful Use Readiness Analysis™ (MURA). As the Director of the Government Affairs & Client Programs Group, Mibelli will lead the deployment and oversight of each of these programs which are designed to further develop clients' success beyond initial system implementation.
