Portfolio company to be known as Infinity, a Michael Baker Company

As part of the company's long-term strategy to deepen technical expertise across key regions, Michael Baker acquired Infinity in May 2024. Since then, the two firms have worked closely to enhance operational and strategic alignment to provide an integrated service offering.
