CLEVELAND, May 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Acclaimed cooking author Michael Ruhlman has teamed up with multi-media publishing company Sideways to create an author app for the iPhone and iPod Touch.  The free app is the perfect venue for Ruhlman because it pulls together all the resources he uses to engage his international audience of foodies.

Readers can access Ruhlman's regularly updated blog where he shares everything from recipes (featuring lovely food photos by his wife Donna), to his thoughts on the latest culinary trends.
