MicroPact entellitrak to Help U.S. Department of Education Track and Convey Surplus Federal Real Estate for Educational Purposes Nationwide

HERNDON, Va., Oct. 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Department of Education (ED) has chosen MicroPact's acclaimed data and business process management system entellitrak to help the agency track, manage and report on more than 250 surplus properties nationwide that are available to be conveyed to states and localities for educational purposes at fair market value. This is MicroPact's sixth project with ED.

The properties are part of ED's Federal Real Property Assistance Program (FRPA).  They must be used for educational purposes such as higher education, elementary and secondary education, libraries, central administrative facilities, educational television and radio, rehabilitation and training, vocational education and research, and correctional education centers.  

MicroPact's entellitrak is a data tracking and management platform based on-premises or in the cloud that can be implemented immediately and configured continuously to model workflow and business processes without requiring additional programming. Through effective data management, a search/querying tool, and a robust ad hoc reporting module, MicroPact's enterprise data and business process management system will execute tighter controls for the FRPA.
