The panelists include Roger Baker, former Chief Information Officer for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs; Michael Coene, former Chief Technology Officer of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and current Executive Adviser at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc.; and Guy Torres, former Director of IT Contracting, U.S. Department of Homeland Security and current Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Salient Federal Solutions.
