HERNDON, Va., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- MicroPact, the leading innovator in a new generation of data tracking software, announced today it will provide Web-based case management and tracking to the Department of Defense (DoD) using its flagship application, entellitrak®. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Using entellitrak, MicroPact will provide easily configurable, quickly implementable software to help the DoD better manage and analyze labor and employee relations cases for its approximately 700,000 civilian employees and 1,500 bargaining units. Through this contract, the DoD's Defense Civilian Personnel Management Service Labor and Employee Relations Division will now be able to automate the process of obtaining data, report and analyze data quickly and efficiently, and eliminate the cost and effort of maintaining numerous tracking and management systems.
entellitrak also makes the process of filing grievances and other cases wholly electronic and helps support the DoD's efforts to design, develop and implement human resources policies that ensure a mission-ready civilian workforce. Until now, the agency could not centrally track all types of cases and compiling reports required time-consuming data calls.

entellitrak also accepts archived data and meets security requirements for certification and accreditation under the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).
