Titled "MicroPact: Onboarding Critical Personnel – Enhancing Personnel Security Processes through BPM at the Department of Justice," the session will feature Ragsdale presenting a case study on how MicroPact's flexible BPM platform approach accelerated implementation and enabled ongoing system expansion, organizational adoption, and process improvement for the Justice Department's Justice Security Tracking and Adjudication Record System (JSTARS).
