Microsoft Dynamics CRM Rooted With Profile Products

CHICAGO, March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Profile Products, a leading manufacturer and distributor of erosion and sediment control products and techniques selected Sonoma Partners to pave the way for a smooth switch to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  

Previously utilizing Salesforce.com, Profile Products sought greater flexibility of reporting and integration with other Microsoft products as they evaluated new CRM options.

Sonoma Partners rose to the challenge of a tight timeline to implement the on-premise CRM solution.  Just a month before Profile's annual national sales meeting, the implementation was underway and ready to roll out to sales reps.
