Micross Components Names Mike Deley as General Manager of US Products & Services Division

HATFIELD, Pa., Sept. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Micross Components, a leading global provider of specialty electronic solutions, names Mike Deley as General Manager of its US Products & Services Division. Deley, who has extensive experience in product and business development, will play a leading role in growing brand awareness of Micross and its offerings to increase market share across several key business categories, including specialized packaging, semiconductor services, component modifications, and interconnect products.  

Deley comes to Micross with 30 years of experience contributing and driving the evolution of semiconductor and electronics component packaging and assembly. Just prior to joining Micross, Deley was US National Sales and Business Development Director at Flexible Circuits, Inc., where he energized sales channels by aligning requirements with capabilities to bring FCI product solutions to key defense and aerospace customers. Before that, Deley served as Global Director Product Marketing for Kulicke and Soffa Industries, a leading designer and manufacturer of semiconductor assembly equipment. Deley's accomplishments at K & S were significant and far reaching, from product engineering and management to launching multiple world class products and solutions, as well as defining highly successful business development strategies in the global market.
