MicroStar Logistics to Acquire Tosca's Industry-Leading Keg Repair and Maintenance Operation
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., April 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MicroStar Logistics today announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire Tosca's keg repair and maintenance operation. Tosca has an unparalleled track record of providing best-in-class repair and maintenance services which MicroStar will build upon in support of the beer industry. This new division will operate under the name MicroStar Quality Services.
