McDonald joins Synergy MedSales from previous executive roles and successes in the aesthetic industry from Thermi Aesthetics to PrimCogent and SBMI (Erchonia Zerona). McDonald brings with him an extensive background in financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and strategic planning along with a vivid understanding and appreciation for Synergy MedSales and its' rapidly excelling market share in the aesthetic space.

As a serial entrepreneur, Mike possesses a proven track record of delivering strong and sustainable results. Mike graduated from Midwestern State University and was formally a CPA.
