MB launched in 2012 providing the military a resource to learn about best businesses in their local community known for great service and/or military discounts. Today, this Hampton Roads based company announced the redesign of their website adding on several new features to aid in the PCS (Permanent Change of Station) process for military members and their families. In hopes to fill a void in resources for the military community who experience frequent military moves.

MilitaryBridge launched in 2012 as an online military discount platform providing information about the best local and national businesses, military discounts, military appreciation offers, and their popular Veterans Day and Military Day Discounts and Freebies blog posts.
MB has evolved over the years and is excited to launch their newly designed website to fill a much needed void in the military community. The void that MilitaryBridge hopes to fill is the lack of resources available for military members and their families when moving to new military communities. Military members and their families move more than any other group of professionals, on average about every 3 years.
With every move comes the need to start all over in figuring out where to live, best schools, best dentists, doctors, fun things to do and so on. It is a very stressful time for military families. Our goal is to provide a platform to bridge the gap between military members and their families and their local military communities. MB is launching their redesigned website to address these issues and aid in making PCS moves a little less stressful.
The new features on MB include adding on the ability to leave or read reviews on businesses, services, apartments, military housing, neighborhoods, schools, and military installations. This is a joint effort, MB is providing the platform and military members and their families can provide the reviews. We are all in this military life together so it is important to help one another out.
MB will be one of the first online review platforms for military members and their families. We realized the value of online reviews both for the military community and for businesses that love to serve our men and women in uniform. There is a special trust among the military community and we realized that military members and families want recommendations/reviews from fellow military that have been there before them.
MB will also continue to share what they were founded on and that is sharing great businesses and military discounts. It is important to note that MB does not allow just any business to be a part of their website like most directory websites. MB only allows businesses that have great reviews on other review sites or businesses that come highly recommended by a member of the military community. If a business does not meet these requirements, they will not be added on to the MB platform. This is how MB is unique from other websites.
MB has also added on several other resources such as a list of best military non-profits, military websites, and military bloggers that share posts on all aspects of military life.
