Mill Creek Announces New Retail Tenants at Modera Riverview

Italian restaurant Indaco joins LEGACY at mixed-use community

NASHVILLE, Tenn., April 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Mill Creek Residential, a leading developer, owner-operator and investment manager specializing in premier rental housing across the U.S., today announced two new retailers at Modera Riverview, a contemporary midrise community located along the Cumberland River in Nashville's Germantown neighborhood. 

Italian food and wine restaurant Indaco opened at Modera Riverview in March, marking its first Tennessee location. Indaco joins existing retail tenant LEGACY, a fitness and training facility that opened in December. The two retailers combine to fill 13,998 square feet of retail space at Modera Riverview, which features 400 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes and began leasing in 2024.

Indaco, which originated in Charleston, S.C., features a menu designed to reflect its surroundings with handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant's mission is to "blend rustic charm with modern sensibilities" and provide a menu that is "rooted in tradition and inspired by the seasons." Indaco is owned by Indigo Road Hospitality Group, which also owns O-Ku, located directly across from Modera Riverview, and Oak Steakhouse in downtown Nashville.

LEGACY is a 10,000-square-foot fitness and training facility offering personal training, group fitness classes and a range of amenities. These include high-end fitness equipment, recovery features such as cold plunges and a sauna, a dedicated physical therapy space, full-service locker rooms and a smoothie bar. Originally based in Miami, LEGACY owns and operates seven additional locations. The Modera Riverview gym marks the company's first expansion outside of South Florida and represents the beginning of its nationwide growth.
