Millennium Trust Company® Hires General Counsel and Head of HR to Leadership Team
OAK BROOK, Ill., March 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Millennium Trust Company, a major provider of specialized custody solutions for advisors, financial institutions, businesses and individual investors, has made two additions to the management team with the appointments of John Perugini as General Counsel, and John Samaan as Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources.

Mr. Perugini has more than 20 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Millennium Trust Company, Mr. Perugini was General Counsel and Executive Vice President-Finance of a tech-enabled financial services company, an Assistant General Counsel of a disposable products manufacturer, and a Partner at Jones Day in the Capital Markets practice area.
In his new role at Millennium Trust, Mr. Perugini is tasked with providing advice and counsel to the executive management team, identifying regulatory or other risks relevant to the company, and maintaining protection for the company's intellectual property.

Mr. Samaan has 20 years of global HR experience in human capital strategy and operations, including eight years as an HR executive for a global industrial distributor and 12 years in HR consulting. In his consulting roles, John helped Fortune 500 companies build and execute HR and change strategies for large scale people, process and technology initiatives.
In his new role, Mr. Samaan will be drawing on his human capital generalist and consulting experience to drive Millennium Trust's strategic HR initiatives and support overall employee engagement.
