Miller & Smith Moves Up Ranking To 58th On Professional Builder's 2013 Housing Giants List
Listing ranks homebuilders based on total housing revenue and closings.
MCLEAN, Va., June 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Professional Builder magazine, a leading publication serving the needs of the nation's home building community, recently announced its annual 2013 Housing Giants list. Miller & Smith moved up the list by 13 places to achieve the ranking of 58th in the nation for total housing revenue and closings. Additionally, the company ranked 7th on the Top 25 Land Sellers list that ranked homebuilders and developers.

Home prices are on a steady rise, ranging from 7-10% increase over 2012 depending on the community.
