Award-winning homebuilder sells 84 homes, exceeds last year's sales by 25%

MCLEAN, Va., Aug. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Miller & Smith, an award-winning homebuilder and real estate development company, today reports that it has already sold 84 homes this summer. These figures mark a 25% sales increase over the same period last year, continuing an impressive trend towards a banner year for the company.

Miller & Smith opened two new communities in 2012 – City Lights Collection at Maple Lawn and The Orchard at New Market – and opened seven new model homes including Cortland at The Orchard, Merlin at Victory Lakes, O'Keefe, Tanner and Wyeth models at Gallery Park, Fells Point and Gramercy Park at Maple Lawn. Additionally, the Downtown Collection at One Loudoun is scheduled to open at the end of 2012.

Miller & Smith currently offers 30 different home designs with starting prices ranging from $264,990 to $600,000 and featuring floor plans from 1200 sq. ft. to more than 4000 sq. ft. Current home collections are available in popular communities such as Brambleton, Maple Lawn, Madison Crescent, Victory Lakes, Gallery Park, The Orchard at New Market and The Peninsula.
