Miller Heiman Names Donna Walker as Managing Director for Impact Learning Systems Center of Excellence

Walker will assume the sales leadership and operational responsibilities for guiding the development and delivery of customer service, telephone sales and field service training and consulting. Walker brings vast knowledge and expertise to this role with more than 20 years of business experience and a strong track record of performance. During her career, she has led projects with several organizations to develop and implement their strategy for building and running effective inside-sales organizations.
