With Jam for BizX Mobile users can publish comments, and capture and share video wherever they are -- quickly and easily from their smartphone. Employees can learn and contribute on the go -- consume content in bite-size chunks, share best practices, get trained and work together with others on their project team.

Tapping into the robust employee and organizational data, Jam is the only social business platform that automatically enrolls new hires, fills out profiles, suggests relevant groups and connects users through their profile data. Availability
Jam will be available as part of the SuccessFactors platform to all customers. SuccessFactors will begin activating Jam for its customers on March 28, 2012.
