ANDOVER, Mass., Jan. 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc. (Minuteman), today announced its partnership with Prospect Partners, LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm that backs unique, growing companies. The investment from Prospect Partners and management, led by Minuteman's CEO Joseph Lynch and COO and President George Yannakopoulos, will support the company's internal growth and national expansion.
Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, Minuteman is a leading provider of enterprise security technology solutions.
