Based in Las Vegas, the nonprofit has provided financial assistance for medical flights so that seriously ill children may receive life-altering, life-saving medical care and second opinions from experts and specialists throughout the U.S. for three decades.
Clark County Commissioner Larry Brown, said, "On behalf of the Clark County Commission, we are proud to recognize Ann McGee and Miracle Flights for Kids. Ms. McGee founded this organization 30 years ago and, through a true love for the children, has turned it into a charity with national and international reach.
