MiraMed is Pleased to Announce its Global Subsidiary Ajuba Solutions Has Completed ISO Recertification Audits

JACKSON, Mich., March 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- MiraMed Global Services, LLC, (MiraMed) is pleased to announce that its global subsidiary, Ajuba International, LLC (Ajuba), has successfully completed the recertification audit for ISO 27001:2013, ISO 9001:2008, as well as HIPAA and FDCPA and has been recommended for recertification by global testing, certification, inspection and training provider TÜV SÜD.

ISO is the International Organization for Standardization which develops and publishes International Standards.  This certification is accepted worldwide and subjects the participating organization to stringent and rigid audits over a period of time by an external certification body.

This past February, Ajuba was audited for its Information Security and Quality Management systems.  The certification body ascertains specific parameters to qualify the organization worthy of these worldwide standards.  These auditing processes apply to both Operations as well as Support processes.

ISO 27001:2013 affirms the information security management of the company which includes maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability of sensitive information, making it highly relevant to Ajuba, since huge volumes of sensitive data are handled within the organization on a day-to-day basis.  Gaps and improvements are identified by the external certification body during audits. Gaps would be bridged by Ajuba by implementing necessary controls and procedure adjustments.

With the ISO 9001:2008, Ajuba had to demonstrate to the auditors that the quality of services it renders to its clients meets and exceeds to clients' expectations.  A sample of the many reports audited includes the Daily Productivity report, Turnaround Time (TAT) report, quality reports etc.  What is essentially being audited is quantifiable data like employee scores based on performance, production time, service-level agreements, along with breaches, if any.  Once again, the reports came positive in favor of Ajuba.
