MIRASOL OPENS DEDICATED INDOOR PICKLEBALL COMPLEX

The 18,000-square-foot facility provides a climate-controlled environment for members to enjoy the growing sport year-round.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Country Club at Mirasol has opened one of the largest dedicated indoor pickleball complexes in a South Florida country club community as part of its long-range Master Plan.

Mirasol's Master Plan is a multiphase initiative focused on enhancing infrastructure, lifestyle amenities and the overall member experience. The 18,000-square-foot pickleball complex is the second major facility completed under the Plan, following the January 2026 opening of Mirasol's expanded main security gatehouse. It features seven regulation-size courts, a viewing area, a comfortable lounge, and dedicated retail and stretching areas.

The premier amenity provides residents with a comfortable, climate-controlled setting for year-round play, further enhancing Mirasol's extensive racquet sports offerings. The new indoor courts complement six outdoor courts at the Club's family-friendly Sports Complex.

"Investing in amenities like our new indoor pickleball complex helps ensure Mirasol remains a highly desirable community in the South Florida market, while protecting and enhancing property values for our residents," said Joe Nigro, Mirasol Club & Association President.

"Creating first-of-its-kind amenities like our indoor pickleball complex is all about enhancing the member experience and giving our community even more ways to enjoy life at Mirasol. We are proud of the support our membership has shown for this exciting addition," said General Manager Eduard Cristal, CCM.

Director of Sports Jeremy Barker added, "Indoor courts give us the flexibility to offer consistent, year-round play while providing professional-level conditions in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment. It means fewer interruptions to our programming and even more opportunities for our members to enjoy the game."

The next major opening under the Master Plan is scheduled for fall 2026. The elegant, 41,000-square-foot building will feature a dynamic indoor-outdoor restaurant with sweeping views of the newly renovated practice facilities and the 18th holes of the Sunrise and Sunset golf courses. It will also include a fully reimagined Golf Shop with expanded retail and custom-fitting services, a convenient grab-and-go dining outlet for the Club's active membership, and additional amenities. The building will play a key role in shaping the next chapter of the Mirasol experience.
