MIT Technology Review Announces 18th Annual EmTech MIT 2018 Conference, September 11-14

The publication's flagship conference will convene innovators, entrepreneurs and business leaders to explore the year's most significant emerging technologies

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Aug. 23 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- MIT Technology Review today announced additional speakers and partners for its upcoming EmTech MIT event taking place at the MIT Media Lab on September 11-14, 2018.

Joi Ito, Director of MIT Media Lab, and Reid Hoffman, Cofounder of LinkedIn and Partner at Greylock Partners, hold a discussion at EmTech MIT.

EmTech MIT launched in 1999 to explore the biggest breakthroughs and technologies of the year and examine the potential impact on business and society. This year's program will explore a wide variety of topics including how artificial intelligence (AI) is impacting global industries today, how genetic information is being used to solve crimes, and growing cyber security concerns including the threat of election hacking. The event also features talks from MIT Technology Review's 2018 Innovators Under 35.
