Mixology Class is in at Dunkin' Donuts With New Coolatta Flavor Combinations

CANTON, Mass., July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- This summer, Dunkin' Donuts, America's all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, is mixing it up to help people cool down with a refreshing iced beverage in flavorful new ways.  For years, Dunkin' Donuts guests have been ordering their own unique varieties of the popular Coolatta® frozen slush drinks, mixing existing Coolatta flavors into cool and creative combinations.  Beginning today, Dunkin' Donuts celebrates this fine art of "mixology" by officially adding to its menu some of the most popular Coolatta flavor mixes, including Coffee & Vanilla Bean, Watermelon & Strawberry, Tropicana® Orange & Vanilla Bean and other great flavor combinations.  Each is available at participating Dunkin' Donuts restaurants nationwide throughout the summer for the suggested retail price of $2.29 for a small 16-ounce beverage.

The addition of the new Coolatta mixes follows last month's introduction of the new Blue Raspberry Coolatta.  Also, back by popular demand, Watermelon joined Dunkin' Donuts' lineup of Coolatta flavor varieties, including Coffee, Strawberry, Vanilla Bean and Tropicana® Orange.

Throughout July, "mixologists" all across the world who follow Dunkin' Donuts on Twitter (@DunkinDonuts) can submit their recommendations for unofficial names for each of the new Coolatta mixes.  Anyone who suggests a cool nickname using hashtag #DDMIX is eligible to win a $60 Dunkin' Donuts Card to enjoy refreshing Coolattas throughout the summer.
