In her new role, Kagan will manage all client services groups, as well as ad operations, media and analytics functions. In her most recent position as Senior Director in Microsoft's Customer Service and Support Division, Kagan led global support and operations teams for Microsoft Advertising, helping the company and its customers manage and monetize their online media.
