Mize Welcomes Service Software Industry Veteran James Rushton as Vice President/General Manager of B2C Service Solutions

TAMPA, Fla., May 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Mize, a leading provider of Connected Customer Experience platform and service lifecycle management software, announced today that James Rushton has joined the company as its VP/GM for the Business to Consumer (B2C") Service Solutions Segment where he will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Rushton comes to Mize with 20+ years of experience as a Software Marketing and Business Development Executive across multiple consumer facing industries. Prior to joining Mize, Rushton served as Senior Manager Software Marketing and Business Development at ServiceBench where he managed the company's strategic marketing/business plan for Cloud-based Field Service Business Management software. He was also the National Service Manager at AIG Warranty and Vice President, Software Product Marketing and Business Development at Service Power where he was instrumental in adding new branded manufacturer customers such as Whirlpool, GE, and Frigidaire.

As a senior leader of Mize's B2C business segment, he will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's product roadmap and business development strategy targeted to consumer durable goods industries through various service supply chain partners including OEMs, service and repair companies, retailers, and parts distributors. He will also play a critical role in leading Mize's program management initiatives as well as driving customer satisfaction within the business segment.
