MMC turbocharges Healthcare and Corporate practices with Industry Powerhouse leadership duo, appointing Olga Fleming as President, Healthcare and Corporate, and Courtney Walker as Managing Director, RXMosaic and Healthcare New Business

NEW YORK, Aug. 24, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Marina Maher Communications today announced that it has named Olga Fleming as President of its healthcare and corporate businesses; and Courtney Walker as Managing Director to lead its RXMosaic healthcare agency and spearhead healthcare new business. 

Fleming, a PRWeek Hall of Femme inductee, was previously CEO of Goodfuse, a boutique communications agency within the BCW Group of companies. She will oversee healthcare across MMC and specialist agency RXMosaic, in addition to leading MMC's corporate practice. Fleming will also spearhead the agency's strategic path forward in healthcare and corporate, agency marketing efforts and explore acquisitions. She will report to Rema Vasan, Global President of MMC and RXMosaic, across the healthcare and corporate businesses, and to Marina Maher, CEO and Founder, on future acquisitions.

MMC also announced that it has hired industry dynamo Courtney Walker to lead its RXMosaic healthcare agency, and drive healthcare new business across both MMC and RXMosaic.  A seasoned business leader with over two decades of industry experience, Walker was previously Managing Director of Goodfuse leading the company's scientific communications business for close to eight years. Walker has more than 20 years of experience with specialties in three core areas. First, she has a wealth of pharmaceutical industry experience, having worked with some of the most iconic brands in the healthcare industry across categories such as oncology and vaccines, HIV and diabetes to name a few. Secondly, she is expert in working hand-in-glove with transformational mid-cap companies that are challenging the status quo, ranging from oncology to biotechnology. Finally, her strategic vision and acumen has guided a continuum of new business wins, and she is credited with helping catapult Goodfuse to 400% growth since inception, with a turnover rate well below industry standards.
