Mobile App Users Now Able to Provide Feedback Directly In-App through Just-Released Technology from Survey Analytics

SEATTLE, Nov. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Survey Analytics, a leader in mobile research technology, has launched the SurveySwipe Software Development Kit (SDK) for developers, enabling feedback collection and management directly in-app. The toolkit includes the full feature package of the Smartphone survey system, SurveySwipe.

Research shows that consumers download about 40 apps on their smartphones, but actively use about 15¹. Additionally, most apps have a retention rate of 31 percent after the first day, dropping to 15 percent after seven days. By the end of the first month, the retention rate drops to a staggering 6 percent of users². The SurveySwipe SDK is designed to solve these challenges by offering a more interactive mobile app experience.

The first mobile app to take advantage of the SurveySwipe SDK is Ikkos, a neuroscience movement training application developed by Chandika Bhandari – founder of Seattle App Lab.
