Moceri To Invest $1.2 Billion Over Next Decade To Create Active Luxury Communities In Southeast Michigan For Those 55 And Bolder

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Oct. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Moceri is investing more than $1.2 billion over 10 years to build a new vision of active luxury living for those 55 and bolder in southeast Michigan. The Blossom Collection represents a new concept in senior communities, with a variety of luxury residences at attainable rates, unparalleled amenities, and convenient access to a wide range of services – all organized around maintaining independence and connection to the people, places and things that matter most to residents.

Blossom Collection communities include detached homes, townhomes, condominiums, and luxury apartment homes in settings surrounded by beautiful landscapes, mature trees and a wide range of amenities designed to create carefree lifestyles for residents.
