AUBURN HILLS, Mich., April 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- A new partnership with Michigan's largest health system, Beaumont Health, will bring wellness education, health programming and on-site health clinics to Blossom Collection communities, a portfolio of active luxury communities designed around the lifestyle of those 55 and bolder.
The partnership provides for Beaumont Health physician-staffed clinics on-site at Blossom Collection communities, as well as ongoing health and wellness education around a range of topics such as heart health, balance classes and brain health; as well as disease prevention, screening and vaccination programs.
