Newport Beach-based firm brings $750 million in assets and a 50-year legacy of fee-only advice to Modera

("RS Crum") that establishes bicoastal operations and creates new growth opportunities.

Founded in 1976 as one of the country's first fee-only financial planning firms, Newport Beach, California-based RS Crum serves more than 250 households. The team of nine will join Modera, including firm leaders Mark Rylance, CFP^®, Jon Theriault, MBA, CFP^®, and Daniel Sexton, CFP^®, who will come in as wealth managers and principals. The transaction elevates Modera's national platform with respected West Coast talent, authentic longstanding client relationships, and approximately $750 million in assets under management.
