Modis Names New Senior Leaders

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., March 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Modis, a leader in IT and engineering workforce solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of two new leaders within the company. Effective March 2019, Pete Broding has joined as Head of Managed Services and Solutions, and Stephen Kovach has joined as Head of New Business Development. These new leaders will focus on Modis' customized, high-touch services for companies across the nation, from large conglomerates to small and medium-sized businesses.

Pete joins Modis with more than 20 years of experience in developing and leading technology staffing solutions. Following his service as an officer in the Marines, Pete held roles as both a provider and client for large, complex system integration programs. An adept senior leader with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions for clients, Pete will be instrumental in driving continued partnerships with best-in-class employers and top candidates.

Stephen brings with him more than 15 years of IT staffing experience. An IT engineer by trade, Stephen is uniquely positioned to understand the needs and challenges of key clients, as well as the candidate journey. In this newly created position, Stephen will collaborate with global Modis leaders to define and develop services that offer increased value and experiences to clients and candidates in North America.
