Momentive Performance Materials Signs Five-Year Global Agreement with Odyssey Logistics & Technology

DANBURY, Conn., March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation (OL&T), announced today that it has entered into a five-year logistics management outsourcing agreement with Momentive Performance Materials Inc., a global leader in silicones and advanced materials. OL&T is a global logistics and transportation service provider for chemical and process industries.

OL&T will manage Momentive's inbound and outbound logistics including warehousing and transportation in North America, Europe and Asia. Momentive's SAP-based enterprise resource planning system will integrate with the Odyssey Global Logistics Platform(SM) providing a single, integrated transportation management system globally. This will enable Momentive to view transportation activities -- regardless of mode or region -- through a single portal provided by Odyssey. As a result, Momentive expects to improve logistics performance while simultaneously reducing costs.
