Momentive Software Acquires Blue Sky eLearn To Bolster Learning Management Solutions Portfolio for Mission -Driven Organizations

Acquisition reinforces Momentive's commitment to technology investments that deliver even more powerful solutions that customers and partners can leverage to fuel greater community impact 

AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Momentive Software, formerly Community Brands and a leading provider of cloud-based software, services and payment solutions for purpose-driven organizations, today announced the acquisition of Blue Sky eLearn, a leading provider of learning management software and services that empower organizations to advance their missions and create meaningful learning opportunities for professionals. This is Momentive's first acquisition under its new brand identity and reinforces a commitment to investing in technology to drive innovation and create more value for mission-driven customers.

The effective delivery of training and certification is central to the mission of many associations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison, PLC (Nashville, Tennessee) acted as legal counsel to Momentive Software in the transaction.
