The new lineup includes:

• Chili Crunch Sauce, a smooth, drizzle-able evolution of Momofuku's cult-favorite Chili Crunch, blending chili crunch, miso, and garlic into a rich, savory sauce with balanced heat. 
• Momoyaki Sauce, a more savory and rich take on teriyaki, combining soy, ginger, and garlic for deep umami flavor with less sweetness than traditional bottled teriyaki sauces taking inspiration from the chicken marinade at Bāng Bar. 
• Sweet & Spicy Sauce, inspired by the original rice cake dish at Momofuku Noodle Bar, this sauce is layered with gochujang, soy, garlic, and subtle sweetness. 
• Sweet & Sour Sauce, a reimagined classic with bright vinegar, Chili Crunch, and ginger, delivering gentle spice and vibrant acidity that pairs with stir-fries, crispy vegetables, seafood, and more. 
• Miso Ginger Sauce, a savory miso and fresh ginger shine in this deeply flavorful sauce with subtle sweetness and warmth, that was inspired by the galbi marinade at Los Angeles' Majordomo.

Starting September 23, Momofuku Goods is taking the new sauce collection on the road with the multi-city "Drizzle + Drip" Food Truck Tour in partnership with OLIPOP, creators of the functional soda category.
