Conducted by an independent third party with input from more than 1,000 customers nationwide, the survey revealed all-time highs in both meal taste and customer care satisfaction underscoring the company's leadership in delivering evidence-based nutrition support to homes nationwide.

New records set in survey

• Meal taste: 98% gave top marks to flavor, a new all-time high. Meals also scored a 90% rating for meal appeal. Developed by professional chefs and registered dietitians, our meals align with evidence-based dietary guidelines and focus on balanced portions of lean proteins, vegetables and fruits. Meals are also free from synthetic food dyes, added MSG, partially hydrogenated oils, high-fructose corn syrup, added trans fats, artificial sweeteners such as sucralose, and preservatives banned in the European Union.
• Customer care: 96% of customers reported team members continue to do an excellent job addressing their needs which is a new record and the 13th consecutive year at or above 90%.
