Moneo Technology Solutions Announces Significant Gains In First Year Of Business

NEW YORK, July 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Moneo Technology Solutions ("Moneo" or "the Company"), a provider of information security services, network solutions, and mission critical infrastructure products, today offered an update on corporate milestones since the Company's founding in June of 2013. Most notably, Moneo secured critical funding and executed strategic transactions, positioning the company for further advancement in the second half of 2014 and beyond.

Commenting on the Company's expansion, Moneo's Chief Executive Officer, Robin Mayo noted: "With these acquisitions we have even greater resources at our disposal, and have dramatically enhanced our capability to support our clients' critical business needs and investments." Moneo acquired IGX Global, a security and network infrastructure provider in May of 2013, after securing capital to fuel initial growth. The acquisition of Forsite, an information security and network solutions provider, soon followed given Forsite's extensive focus on MSP services. Moneo then established a new headquarters for Foresite in Overland Park, Kansas, along with an expansion of the London office and the opening of new offices in Boston, New York, and Connecticut. Following these advances, Moneo expanded its data center reach, and will be increasing its offerings for small and medium sized businesses with acquisitions that will be announced later this year.

To complement this growth and expansion, Moneo made several new hires and internal promotions. First, Michael Giuffrida was promoted to President and is tasked with leading IGX's US and UK divisions having previously serving as CEO of Foresite. Following this, Marc Brungardt was hired as the new president of Foresite, and has been closely involved in Moneo's efforts to hire developers with experience building an MSSP offering for a major technology integrator. For Moneo, John Lavelle was hired as controller to head the company's back office.

Additionally, a development team was formed to create a next generation management software, and Clay Wilson was taken on as Vice President of Global Security Operations. Further key hires for Foresite include Jason LeDuc, head of the threat mitigation practice, as well as the promotion of Tracy Fox to lead small and medium-business sales. Tracy will now focus more closely on compliance and assessment services, and will work very closely with the Threat Mitigation practice. For IGX Global, Robert Reilly was chosen to lead sales within the US and Marc Sainsbury joined as head of sales within the UK.

One of the first accomplishments of this new team was IGX's launch of the new INSIGHT third party product maintenance offering, and Foresite's release of ProVision, the company's proprietary next-generation management platform. The Foresite and IGX efficiencies of scale, along with an industry leading security monitoring service, will allow Moneo to offer more data protection solutions, infrastructure products and compliance services for its clients. Further product releases are also expected later this year.
