Monster Returns To HR Tech To Preview New And Improved Offerings

WESTON, Mass., Sept. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- With a new leadership team focused on improving the core job search and talent search experiences for both candidates and recruiters, Monster, a leading solution for connecting people and jobs, is returning to the 2018 HR Technology Conference & Exposition (HR Tech) poised to reinvent the online recruiting industry it created.

The home for Monster's activities at HR Tech (September 11 – 14 at The Venetian in Las Vegas) will be booth 1124 on the exhibition hall floor. There, Monster will be previewing Monster Studios, a native app that enables talent acquisition, recruitment and HR teams to record, edit and publish video job ads from a smartphone in minutes. Video job ads bring the workplace culture to life, help create strong emotional connections, and showcase the brand and people, enabling recruiters and employer branding specialists to powerfully convey the benefits of a job opening, the employer, and the work environment. For candidates, it provides valuable insight into the role, work environment and business culture.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet members of the new leadership team, who can talk about Monster Studios, the changes that have been made in recent months—including refining the matching process, updating search algorithms, improving the user experience, and relaunching its free resume assessment tool—and their vision for the future of the company.

Another highlight of Monster's HR Tech participation will be "Two Decades (and two years) Later — Why Is Hiring Still So Hard?", a panel discussion featuring Chris Cho, Monster's Chief Product Officer. Along with fellow talent acquisition technology leaders, Cho will share his vision for the future of job search and recruiting technology—including the role marketing will play in the future.
