Montage Announces Reseller Agreement with Nuance to Bring Rapid, On-Demand Search and Data Mining Capabilities to Radiology Customers

PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Montage Healthcare Solutions announces an exclusive reseller agreement with Nuance Communications Inc., in which Nuance will sell Montage's healthcare data mining and performance measurement technology to its established base of radiology customers. This agreement is an extension of a previously announced collaboration in which Nuance and Montage integrated Montage's rapid, on-demand data mining technology with Nuance's next-generation, radiology speech recognition reporting platform, PowerScribe 360 Reporting.

With this new agreement in place, Nuance radiology customers at hospitals, imaging centers and radiology practices will now be able to purchase Montage radiology data mining technology directly from Nuance. Radiologists will be able to search their PowerScribe | 360 Reporting reporting databases to get a bird's eye view of all prior radiology reports and activity.
