The first phase of 15 residences has been released for sale, and sales contracts are in progress.  Priced from $2 million, the one- to four-bedroom residences are represented by DV Luxury Resort Realty LLC in partnership with Park City-based Prudential Utah Real Estate. Multiple floor plans are offered in configurations from 1,200- to 6,900-square feet.  A three-bedroom furnished model residence is available for viewing.
