PARK CITY, Utah, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Montage Residences Deer Valley, 81 private residences atop the 174-room Montage Deer Valley, will open Winter 2010/2011 on a coveted on-mountain Empire Pass location. The first phase of 15 residences has been released for sale, and sales contracts are in progress. Priced from $2 million, the one- to four-bedroom residences are represented by DV Luxury Resort Realty LLC in partnership with Park City-based Prudential Utah Real Estate. Multiple floor plans are offered in configurations from 1,200- to 6,900-square feet. A three-bedroom furnished model residence is available for viewing.
