Restaurant and Fish Market Set to Reopen for 2025 Season

NEW YORK, March 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Gosman's Dock of Montauk today announced a new partnership with Bagatelle Group, a French hospitality brand of luxury restaurants and beach clubs that celebrate the South of France's joie de vivre and epicurean spirit, to curate and manage all dining experiences at the historic property.

Bagatelle will work closely with Gosman's to manage the property's restaurants.

New Gosman's Restaurant Under Development

Gosman's is also pleased to announce a new Gosman's Dock experience from Bagatelle on the property, set to launch for the upcoming summer season and specially conceived to seamlessly tie into the fabric of Montauk.

The location has been curated by famed designer Sam Baron, and the venue will offer unobstructed views of legendary Montauk Harbor. Gosman's will welcome Corporate Chef Rocco Seminara and his team of culinary masters who will bring to life menus centered around locally-sourced seafood through Gosman's own fish market. Service will be available for lunch and dinner, with special brunch menus on the weekend.
