An accomplished professional with nearly twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Montoya specializes in business analysis, program management (change management, incident management, problem management and more).

As Regulatory Operations Senior Manager within Becton Dickinson (BD) Corporate Regulatory Affairs, Montoya is responsible for the maintaining all regulatory global systems and supporting core business processes and solutions within a knowledge domain and ensuring smooth interfacing with other functional areas. She applies her knowledge of systems, tools, and problem solving skills to support these processes and technology solutions to several levels of depth.

In this senior managerial role, Montoya applies complex procedures and defines standards that meet current business, customer (internal), and technical requirements. She leads others in resolving these complex problems by using innovation and optimizing processes and methods.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, reading, tennis and traveling.

Reflecting on her collegiate studies, Montoya obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from the Stevens Institute of Technology in addition to her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
