PORTLAND, Ore., May 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- moovel (becoming REACH NOW), the leading provider of mobile ticketing solutions in North America, announced Wednesday that it has acquired Validated, a technology platform that allows businesses, universities, retailers and restaurants to subsidize transportation for customers and employees and helps drive retail traffic to brick-and-mortar stores by offering ride subsidies to users of shared mobility services.
