MORE Health Welcomes Dr. Jeffrey Lasker as Chief Physician Officer
FOSTER CITY, Calif., Nov. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MORE Health, a Silicon Valley-based global healthcare IT company, today announced that Dr. Jeffrey Lasker has joined the company as Chief Physician Officer.

Today's announcement strengthens MORE Health's ability to recruit and maintain high quality physicians, hospitals, and medical groups to MORE Health's network of US healthcare providers.
Dr. Jeffrey Lasker is a senior physician executive with a deep understand of healthcare systems and consumer healthcare needs, and a track record of building and leading highly successful physician organizations affiliated with academic medical centers.

Most recently, he served for 10 years as founding president and CEO of New England Quality Care Alliance, Inc. (NEQCA), the 1800 physician network for Tufts Medical Center, including the 550 academic physicians of the Tufts Medical Center Physician Organization and over 1200 primary care and specialty care community physicians in primarily small and medium sized independent practices.
Dr. Lasker's approach to engaging physicians is to build a culture of quality based on respect for physician professional values of self-direction, excellence, and putting patients first. Through relationship building and a focus on professional satisfaction, he has earned the trust of many hundreds of physicians in all specialties.
Dr. Lasker has led the implementation of several large-scale health IT projects including population health management technology, electronic health record systems, and the selection of an enterprise wide health information system.
Prior to his role at Tufts Medical Center, Dr. Lasker was the founding president and chairman of Affiliated Pediatric Practices (APP), a group of 14 independently-owned, community pediatric practices in Boston, MA and nearby suburbs. APP is a member of the Partners Healthcare System, founded by Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital. While leading APP, Dr. Lasker served as the chairman of the Partners Community Healthcare, Inc. physician network for 3 years.
Dr. Lasker received his pediatric training at Boston City Hospital and his Master of Medical Management degree from The Heinz School of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University.
