Morehouse School of Medicine Launches New Online Programs

ATLANTA, Feb. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- For the first time, Morehouse School of Medicine students can earn degrees or a certificate remotely, choosing from among an Executive Master of Public Health, Hybrid Master of Science in Biomedical Technology and a certificate in the Process of Drug Development, all now available online.

The eMPH, an innovative 18-month program focused on community health policy and leadership that supports MSM's social mission, is intended for working professionals with a bachelor's degree. The course is conducted predominantly online, requiring only one campus visit.

The Hybrid Master of Science in Biomedical Technology requires 39 credit hours and may be completed entirely online. The program develops students' technical knowledge in biomedical research methods. An apprenticeship is also required.

The Process of Drug Development Certificate provides students insight into the drug discovery and development process and help them advance in their careers. The courses are 100 percent online and available on demand, enabling students to study at their own pace.
