Morgan Legal Group and Fairchild Law Offices Combine Practices; Launch Fairchild Morgan Law
The merger expands team and capabilities, provides increased value for clients
CHICAGO, Nov. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Morgan Legal Group, LLC and Fairchild Law Offices, LLC announced today they have combined their law practices to form Fairchild Morgan Law, a high-end corporate boutique law firm with offices in Chicago and Milwaukee.
Fairchild Morgan Law will provide a broad range of corporate legal services with a concentration in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private offerings, inbound and outbound foreign investments, commercial real estate, commercial contract review and outside general counsel services. The practice will serve private and publicly held companies and nonprofits operating both domestically and abroad.
Fairchild Morgan Law represents the combination of two boutique firms previously founded separately by Geoff Morgan and Jessica Fairchild. Morgan Legal Group was established in 2015 by Geoff Morgan, who previously held roles as corporate partner at Schiff Hardin in Chicago and chair of the Business Group at Michael Best in Milwaukee. Fairchild Law Offices was formed in 2010 by Jessica Fairchild, who previously served as a corporate attorney at Sidley Austin in Chicago and as the in-house general counsel for Chicago 2016, the not-for-profit entity that led the bid to bring the 2016 Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games to Chicago.
