Morning Departure from Akron-Canton Airport to Atlanta Now Aboard Southwest Airlines®
GREEN, Ohio, March 10, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Let the conversion begin! Southwest Airlines, the busiest airline operating from Akron-Canton Airport (CAK), launched new nonstop service to Atlanta starting yesterday, March 9, 2014. The 6:05 a.m. departure to Atlanta is now aboard Southwest's comfy 143–seat Boeing 737-700 jet. This flight replaces a similar flight operated by wholly owned subsidiary AirTran Airways.
