Morrisey Associates Partners With Total Living Choices (TLC) to Provide Software Value-Add to Customers

CHICAGO, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Morrisey Associates has signed a partnership agreement with Seattle-based Total Living Choices (TLC) that allows Morrisey to sell and sublicense TLC's Care Finder-Pro® discharge networking software. Morrisey will integrate Care Finder-Pro into its Morrisey Concurrent Care Manager™ (MCCM™) software in the coming months.

Morrisey believes Care Finder-Pro, a Web-based solution used to identify post-acute care providers based on patient discharge needs, will provide added value to MCCM customers. Customers will be able to open Care Finder-Pro from MCCM's Discharge Planning module with the click of a button.

Care Finder-Pro is designed to reduce clerical work associated with discharge planning, streamline the discharge planning process and reduce length of stay for patients who require services after they leave the hospital.

Patients' physicians are notified of patients' facility choices, and will receive management reports on provider and planner activity.
