Mortgage Contracting Services Names Bart R. Vincent as CFO in Plano

PLANO, Texas, Aug. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections and REO property maintenance to the financial services industry, has named Bart R. Vincent as the company's chief financial officer.

In his role as CFO, Mr. Vincent oversees financial and strategic planning, as well as risk management and cost controls. His responsibilities include finance, accounting and compliance for MCS.

In a career spanning three decades, Mr. Vincent has held finance industry leadership positions and has developed expertise in finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, audit, tax, servicing operations, and strategic planning. His industry track record includes implementing short-sale programs while influencing industry-wide solutions, directing strategic market acquisitions of four financial institutions, and a major stock exchange listing change.

Mr. Vincent is a certified public accountant and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Howard Payne University. He previously served as president of the National Investor Relations Institute and as a board member for San Antonio-area United Way and Big Brothers/Big Sisters organizations. Mr. Vincent works in MCS' headquarters in Plano, Texas.
