Mortgage Contracting Services Names Tracy Hager as Senior Industry Relations Officer, Dave Sunlin as Senior Vice President
PLANO, Texas, Nov. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Mortgage Contracting Services, LLC (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections, REO property maintenance and valuations to the financial services industry, has named Tracy Hager Senior Industry Relations Officer and Dave Sunlin Senior Vice President.
Ms. Hager has been with MCS since 2009, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations. In her new position, she will act as liaison between MCS and its investors and insurers. Ms. Hager earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina, with a dual major in industry relations and speech communication.
In his new position, Mr. Sunlin will assume senior leadership of vendor management for both MCS' property preservation work and MCS Valuations LLC, MCS' sister company and a nationwide provider of appraisals, broker price opinions and other valuation-related products to the financial services industry. Before joining MCS, Mr. Sunlin was a senior vice president with Bank of America, where he spent 16 years. He also held senior roles at Solutionstar and Auction.com. Mr. Sunlin earned his Bachelor of Science in economics at Texas A&M University.
